1.      Yana Ltd –       Panagyuriste Factory 

The towel  manufacturing plant in Panagyurishte began operations after the First World War and was a pioneer not only in the industrialization of the kingdom of Bulgaria, but also one of the leading facilityes in Europe.

After September 9, 1944, the company shifted its focus to socialist markets and a new factory was built in 1980 near the site where the Panagyurishte Gold Treasure was discovered –  on Bratya Deikovi Street (named after the discoverers), which is the factory's current address.

After November 10, 1989, following privatization, several major modernizations were carried out , achieving  world-class quality and high environmental standards.  A photovoltaic installation now provides 100% of the electricity required for production.

2. Yana  Ltd. –      Pleven factory 

The Yana factory in Pleven was built during the socialist era in 1976. It was equipped  with the most advanced  socialist technologies of the time (from companies such as TEXTIMA of the German Democratic Republic, Kars  of Czechoslovakia, and others ) to produce high-quality sweaters and knitwear .

After November 10, 1989, the factory was privatized by   Yana Ltd., and simultaneously market and technological modernization began supported by leading companies such as ZARA /Spain/, SHIMA SEIKI /Japan/ and others. This high quality allowed the factory to shift from Soviet markets  to the global brands.

As a result, brands like as ZARA, HUGO, BOSS , CALVIN KLEIN , MONCLER and other have placed their orders with the  Yana  factory in  Pleven.
